Nate is currently in College.

At eleven years of age, Nate came up with the name for the home for orphans and abandoned children. Now at the age of fourteen he still has a passion to help the children in Kenya.  He came up with “My Loving Home”  which will be the name for the homes as “Loving Home.”  He believes children need to be loved whole heatedly and to have a peaceful loving home environment. Nate is great at coming up with ideas that help see things from children point  of view. He spends time making lists of what he believes the children will need and praying for the ministry. Nate attends board meetings and participates in functions concerning this ministry. He has come up with a ways to raise funds to build “my loving home” for the children. He is good at saving change given to him by his parents and  some of money given to him as gifts. Of his own choice, he stated wanting his savings to go the City’s Heartcry Ministries. After a discussion with his parents, Nate as well as his younger sister have decided a portion of each of their savings will go the ministry regularly.  He is excited about the difference he is making through this ministry and learning many things through his involvement in this ministry.

Nate in his life has gone through quite some suffering including 20 times of brain surgeries and lots of hospitalizations and sickness. No matter what he goes through, he keeps his faith in God has no time for self pity. He is always looking for ways to inspire other kids and people and always watching out for the needs of others before his own. He is a hard worker and does not quit.  He lives a live of extreme discipline and takes personal responsibility for his health. Nate is in sixth grade and works hard at school as well as maintains good relationships with his teachers and fellow students.
